Start off the morning with sunlight and yoga! This class is an all levels vinyasa flow, everyone is welcome! Adding both essential oils, and a yoga nidra to the practice, this class will leave you feeling relaxed, yet energised for the rest of your day.

Dynamic yoga emphasizes fluid movement, strength building, and a connection between breath and motion. It incorporates continuous movement, with transitions between poses being as important as the poses themselves.
Dynamic yoga focuses on sequences of movements that flow from one pose to the next, a moving meditation that can be both energizing and grounding.
The practice can range from moderate to highly challenging, depending on the pace and complexity of the sequences, and targets strength, flexibility, and stamina.
If you’re looking to improve cardiovascular fitness and enhance flexibility, strength, and balance with the added bonus of mental clarity, stress reduction, body awareness and coordination, this fun and creative class is for you.

A powerful yoga practice doesn’t have to be fast-paced; discover a deeper style of power yoga that takes its time on the mat. Milly’s power classes emphasise abdominal engagement for improved stability in the poses, longer holds to challenge the muscles and encourage increased flexibility, and powerful breath and dhristhi techniques. Chair yoga extends the many benefits of a physical yoga practice to a wider audience, promoting inclusivity and accessibility. Join Kelly for a 60 minute class including seated postures, and some supported poses where possible, along with breathwork, mudras and a bespoke playlist each week. The classes will be fun and uplifting with calming relaxation to close. All abilities welcome - there will be something for everyone.
