Reiki with Milli

Reiki involves the gentle hands-on or hands-off approach of energy transfer to facilitate relaxation, stress-reduction and overall well-being. I channel the Universal Energy (Reiki) to help provide healing. I may place my hands lightly on or above various parts of the body to channel this beautiful Reiki energy, but it will be conducted in a professional and respectful manner.

Being a qualified Crystal Healer, I may use crystals to further amplify the Reiki healing. I intuitively select the crystals based on the client's unique mental, emotional, physical and spiritual needs, helping to deepen the healing experience.

Reiki can help to balance the Chakras as well as the mind and emotions, boosts energy, creativity, vitality and the immune system, aids in sleep and detoxification, reduces fatigue or burnout, promotes inner peace and harmony, supports personal growth, improves depression and anxiety, supports grief or loss, helps with digestive issues, increases feelings of joy, happiness and gratitude, relieves pain, discomfort, soreness and muscle tension as well as speeds up recovery from a long-term illness or surgery.

I begin the session by carrying out a short Diagnostic of the Chakras using my pendulum to identify any imbalances which is then followed by cleansing your Aura. I then start to call in Reiki and place any chosen crystals on the Chakra points. I work intuitively throughout the body and may ask you to flip over, with my help, if required to work on the back of your body in the same way as previously described. The session ends with grounding and some time to slowly return back to the present moment where we can talk about any experiences or findings from your session - if you feel called to.

An oracle card pull is offered which is an insightful and reassuring way to summarise the healing journey that you have just been on.

After your session, I will email you all your findings and healing routine for you to refer back to. 

In person appointments are located in our lower ground floor spiritual and meditation room at 24 The Green, Twickenham, TW2 5AB. This room offers face to face readings in a safe and private environment.
