MINDFUL PRESENCE DROP-IN - MONTHLY
Each month will focus on a different theme that deepens our connection with the body and breath, calms the mind and opens our senses. We will be exploring stillness and movement, kindness and self-care and practice cultivating an awareness and acceptance of what is arising in this moment.
The practices are easy to follow and integrate into your daily life, so no prior experience of mindfulness is necessary. However, the sessions are also suitable for those who would like to deepen their meditation practice.
Come and experience the benefits of mindfulness and learn how to be at ease with life and reduce the level of stress and anxiety. Choose to pause and step away from habitual thinking, fostering a sense of well-being, positivity, joy and connection.
