This offering is something I have lovingly developed through working with many people and witnessing the transformation that happens when Reiki, Kundalini and Intuition are combined. Together, they create a unique healing experience that supports your body, mind and soul on multiple levels.
What to expect in a session?
You'll lie down fully clothed in a safe, relaxed space. From here, I work hands on or off depending on your needs and comfort.
I begin by channeling Reiki to create a calm, grounded foundation - soothing your nervous system and gently clearing energetic blocks.
Then I invite Kundalini to flow through - a more activating force that works deeply in the system to awaken, shift and realign.
I also work intuitively throughout, tuning into what your body most needs - whether that be stillness, movement, activation or simply a space to be held.
Every session is guided by your energy in that moment - there is no rush, no pressure, just presence.
You may experience
- Emotional or energetic release
- Deep rest and nervous system reset
- Sensations of warmth, tingling, or lightness
- Subtle visions, insights or clarity
- A gentle shift in perspective, mood or energy
- Involuntary body movements
What you need to bring
Just come in comfortable clothes - everything else you need is lovingly provided. Blankets, cushions, grounding support, and a safe space to land.
Its all ready for you.
This is not a treatment - its a meeting.

In person appointments are located in our lower ground floor spiritual and meditation room at 24 The Green, Twickenham, TW2 5AB. This room offers face to face readings in a safe and private environment.
