How do I Book with you?
Everything can be booked online via our website or via our shop.
Is it possible to meet the healers who carry out the treatments?
All of our healers will try their best to be on the shop floor on the days there are working to answer any questions and meet you. However they can sometimes be in appointments so it is always best to check their diaries which are accessible online.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have different policies for different services and it's therefore best to check the links provided whilst booking which will give you full details of our cancelation policies.
I'm not happy with the service I've received, can I get a refund?
With all of our services you will be given the option after approximately 5 minutes to continue your service or to leave if you are feeling uncomfortable or unhappy. If you choose to leave at the stage a full refund will be processed via your original payment method, However, if you receive the full treatment or service we will not be able to process a refund.
I'm not happy with the product I've received, can i get a refund?

I'm not local, is any of this available online?
Yes some of our services are available online. Please check in the despription of a particular service to see if the online option is available. Online services and courses will require Zoom software.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do. We offer standard shipping everywhere which can be selected on our checkout page.
Do you offer gift wrapping
We only offer gift wrapping online which can be selected at the checkout page

Yes we do and we also joined DELIVEROO offering our best selling products.
Do you offer memberships?
Our MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE is now available for Yoga Classes and other applicable classes. We also offer a monthly subscription box service.
