In this session, Matthew combines:

• Reiki to support energy alignment and release

• Simple Breathwork to ground and energize the body

• Guided Inner Journey to explore, transform, and anchor deeper awareness

This is a space for presence, honesty, and curiosity about what is truly happening beneath the surface. Together, you and Matthew will:

• Explore what’s going on in your life with gentle guidance

• Identify what is ready to be transmuted or integrated

• Support the emergence of a more authentic, empowered way of being
