MAPLE RETREAT STUDIO HIRE

Our studio space is located at the back of the shop with its own private entrance. Available to hire on flexible terms for those who would like to offer classes, workshops or courses. We offer flexible booking options to support the success of your class:

 

Option 1 - Hourly Rental

Available to hire for £30 per hour inclusive of usage of equipment and extra 30 minute class changeover times. Please book via booking system below.

 

Option 2 - Hourly Rental and Marketing Support

Available to hire for £30 per hour inclusive of usage of equipment and extra 30 minute class changeover times. We will market your event and charge 27% on tickets we sell only (not on your own ticket sales) in addition to hourly fee. Please book via booking system below and fill out the intake form emailed so we can market your event.

 

Option 3 - No hourly fee - commission split on total class income. 

This is available for regular weekly or biweekly classes only. There is no hourly fee and we split the total class income 40% (The Hare and the Moon) 60% (Teacher). Please book a meeting with us or submit your class details via the links above and DO NOT use the booking system below if you would like this option.

WILLOW HAVEN TREATMENT ROOM HIRE

We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our luxurious Lie-Down Treatment Room. Designed with comfort and serenity in mind, this new space will provide the perfect setting for relaxing and restorative treatments.
 
Whether you offer reiki, sound healing, or other modalities that require a peaceful, reclined environment, our Lie-Down Treatment Room is tailored to enhance the client experience. Featuring a comfortable treatment table, soft lighting, and a calming ambiance, this room will offer a tranquil escape for your clients to unwind and heal.

OAK OASIS TREATMENT ROOM HIRE

Nestled on the ground floor, the Oak Oasis Healer Room offers a tranquil and welcoming space, perfect for consultations and treatments. This thoughtfully designed room features two comfortable chairs and a stylish table, creating an intimate yet professional setting for one-on-one sessions.
 
Ideal for holistic practitioners, the space is perfectly suited for tarot readings, coaching sessions, astrology analysis, or other healing practices. Its serene atmosphere fosters relaxation and introspection, ensuring both practitioners and clients feel at ease.
