Sound Baths immerse you in beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. Each bowl is tuned to a frequency that resonates with the cells in your body creating a state of peace and relaxation, allowing you to easily enter a state of meditative peace, releasing any built-up stress, anxiety, or anger. 
In this meditative state, you may find yourself on a journey of self-discovery and learning. The bowls allow you to be more in touch with the emotional side of your mind, so just relax and enjoy the ride!
