Using conscious connected breathing I am able to support you to enter into an altered state of consciousness. This enables you to interrupt stagnant patterns in your autonomic nervous system, unwinding and releasing any trauma and limiting self-beliefs. You are healing yourself with self love, compassion and forgiveness. This can also be an immensely empowering and euphoric experience - none are ever the same.
