Crystal Healing with Milli

Crystal Healing works with the unique vibrational frequencies of crystals to help bring the mind, body and emotions back into a balanced and harmonious state. 

Crystal Healing supports emotional and energetic wellbeing as it helps to surface and release unresolved emotions, promotes emotional acceptance and helps shift outdated thought patterns. It harmonises Chakras, balances Yin-Yang energies and clears blockages in the energy field, including Safety Energy Locks. It encourages reflection, quiets an overactive mind and grounds you in the present moment as well as promoting a deep sense of peace, inner balance and emotional safety. It enhances intuition, self-awareness and alignment between your inner and outer worlds, assists the body’s natural healing by restoring energetic flow, easing tension, improving sleep and supporting relief from physical ailments rooted in energetic imbalances and encourages insight, clarity and greater connection to purpose and well-being.

Before the session, I’ll assess your energy field to identify imbalances within your Chakras, Yin and Yang energies and Safety Energy Locks by carrying out a Diagnostic using my pendulum. Based on this insight, I’ll tailor your healing to your unique energetic needs and select the most suitable crystals for your healing. The session includes an Aura cleansing, placing you within a protective crystal grid, intuitive crystal placement on the front and back of the body and energy balancing through the Trinity Energy Flow and various other healing techniques. It concludes with a quiet integration period to allow the healing to fully settle. I end the session by sealing your energy field with white light so that the healing that has just taken place, stays in your energy field for as long as possible.

I will then gently and slowly encourage you to bring your awareness back to the present moment and allow you some time before talking about any experiences or findings from your session - if you feel called to.

After your session, I will email you all your findings and healing routine for you to refer back to.

In person appointments are located in our lower ground floor spiritual and meditation room at 24 The Green, Twickenham, TW2 5AB. This room offers face to face readings in a safe and private environment.
