Join Elizabeth on Friday afternoons for a unique and transformative practice that combines the fluid movement of Vinyasa Yoga, with emotional freedom technique (EFT) tapping. EFT tapping is a powerful healing modality that combines the principles of acupuncture and modern psychology. It involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or emotional experience. Through each session, you will build heat in the body by flowing through a series of asanas (yoga postures) designed to build strength, flexibility and awareness, followed by EFT tapping to address any emotional blockages, stress, or limiting beliefs. By combining tapping with yoga, you will be able to deepen the release of emotional tension, and find more freedom in your practice

This class is excellent for those wanting to do some deeper and focused core pilates mat work and toning. Also, incorporated with mindful techniques for a focused practice of specific Hatha postures that align the body, mind and spirit.
Open to all levels, classes are tailored to soothing yet upbeat music, lunar cycles, chakras and some deeper aspects of the spiritual benefits we may find when we practice yoga.
We also work on our deeper breathing and meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
