Rise and Shine is a revitalizing yoga class led by Marvin, an experienced Yoga Academy and British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher. With a clinical background as an Occupational Therapist, Marvin brings a unique focus on injury prevention, better sleep, and movement sequences designed to promote self-soothing and emotional regulation. Suitable for all levels, this class will leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and ready to take on the day.

IMPORTANT STUFF:

MEETING POINT: OUTSIDE THE FRONT OF THE HARE AND THE MOON, 24 THE GREEN, TWICKENHAM, TW2 5AB. PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 5 MINUTES EARLY BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS.

YOGA MATS AND EQUIPMENT WILL BE PROVIDED BUT PLEASE FEEL FREE TO BRING YOUR OWN.

Disclaimer: In the event of unsuitable weather conditions decided by your teacher, the class will be moved to a our indoor studio space located opposite. Please note that refunds will not be issued, as the session will still go ahead.

Please wear suitable clothing for outdoors and the weather conditions of the season.

It is advisable to bring water to your class to ensure you stay hydrated as water facilities will not be available.
