Kelly is a wonderful teacher. She is happy to adapt the positions and stretches to suit the needs of all in her class. A very welcoming and calm environment. Haven't exercised in a long while but I love this class and can definitely feel the benefits.

A 60 minute yoga class incorporating asana, pranayama and relaxation. Each week there will be an optional theme to work with and we'll practice to a bespoke playlist and end with a candlelit savasana. Added extras such as aromatherapy may also be incorporated.

WALK-INS WELCOME - PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 10 MINUTES EARLY TO BOOK AND PAY VIA THE SHOP
