Yoga for Strength with Pippa - 11am- Fridays
Combining dynamic yoga flows with functional strength-based movement, this class focuses on improving muscular strength, stability and balance while supporting bone health, posture and overall wellbeing. Particularly beneficial for women over 30, strength training plays an important role in maintaining bone density and helping to prevent osteoporosis as we age.
More than simply a physical workout, Strong Yoga also explores the power of inner strength. Through mindful movement, breathwork and moments of reflection, you’ll be encouraged to develop resilience, self-belief and a deeper connection to yourself.

What Do I Need to Bring?
All equipment is provided, including mats. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat or any personal equipment if you prefer.
What Should I Wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Class Size
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment, our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants per session. This allows for more personalised guidance and attention for each individual.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time to allow time to settle in and prepare for the session.
For safety and to minimise disruption to the group, no one will be permitted to enter once the class has started
Cancellation Policy
Classes £20 or less: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
Classes £21 or more: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
Treatments: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
Cancellations made within the required notice period may be charged in full.
