Have questions? We’re here to help

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We have a 48 hour cancelation policy to with completely cancel your appointment or move to another time or day. Please call or email us if you need to move your appointment outside of the 48 hour period.

What if I'm running late?

Please call us to let us know. We will always try our best to accomodate your appointment within a reasonable time period.

Can I meet the healer prior to booking?

Our in-house healers love meeting everyone and talking about their treatments. They are working in the space on their allocated days (please check the diary) and outside of treatments will be around to meet you and answer any questions.

I'm not happy with my treatment/service?

We offer a 5 minute check-in at the start of our treatments and services where if you are not happy to continue please let your healer know and they will stop and a full refund will be given.

Do you have disabled access?

Our shop and ground floor space offers disabled access. Stair access is required for access to Willow Haven which offers lie down treatments. If you are unsure which are of the building you need to access for your treatment or event please contact us.

I have medical issues do you need to know?

Treatments and services which require details will prompt you for this whilst booking or email you a consultation form. Please discuss any concerns with your healer on the day of your appointment.
