Part One: Anchoring the Inner World (60-minute session)

The first part of this work is a full 60-minute coaching and support session.
Here, Matthew offers a calm, stabilising presence to help you:

• Make sense of what you are experiencing without pathologising or inflating it

• Identify where boundaries have become porous, collapsed, or overridden

• Re-anchor your inner world in clarity, self-trust, and nervous system regulation

• Discern what is yours, what is not, and where your power actually lives

This phase is essential. Without an anchored inner world, energetic work has no stable ground to land in.

Part Two: Energetic Sovereignty Restoration (Follow-up Ritual Support)

Following the session, a custom ritual is either:

• Designed and shared with you to complete yourself, or

• Performed by Matthew on your behalf within the following days

This decision is made based on what best supports your agency, safety, and integration.

The ritual work focuses on:

• Releasing energetic interference that does not belong to you

• Strengthening personal energetic boundaries

• Reclaiming authority over your field and sense of self

• Supporting integration rather than dependence

Any ritual performed by Matthew is carried out with protection, discernment, and respect for sovereignty. If the ritual is performed by Matthew, it is recorded and shared with you, along with any insights or aftercare guidance that arises.
