Spiritual Self Care Workshop - 22ND MARCH 2025

 

In a busy world full of distraction, energy and chaos our self care is extremely important. 

In this workshop we will learn about different ways of maintaining your energy, the differences between high vibrations and low vibrations, as well as other useful tips and tricks to avoid burn-out or energy drain.

Working with various spiritual practices from meditation techniques to physical tools such as crystals and plants, you will leave this workshop with ideas of how to continue your journey and love yourself more.

We will finish the workshop creating a crystal bracelet to use, with different crystals chosen for your own intentions such as protection, love or balance.

Events are for 18 years and over, and 16 years and over with an adult guardian. Please note some of the content of this workshop discusses sensitive topics including spirit activity, curses and hexes.

Our workshops are fun and informal, just bring yourself and all other tools will be provided.
