The Crystal Facial is a 45-minute heavenly session where you will melt into deep relaxation with this soul-soothing energetic form of massage. I gently massage the face using various techniques with crystal wands chosen intuitively to suit your individual needs. These may include Rose Quartz, Green Aventurine, or Amethyst, depending on your emotional, physical and energetic requirements. I may also place crystal eye soothers over the eyes to help support your perception of reality, promote eye health and relieve headaches or migraines. Palmstones may also be used during the session as guided, to enhance grounding and energetic support.
I begin by cleansing your Aura and placing you within a protective crystal grid to ensure a safe, secure and protected space. I work intuitively across the face using the chosen crystal tools before gently flowing into massaging the scalp with another crystal. A light physical touch is used throughout to help release and relieve emotional, mental and physical ailments.
The session will end with a few moments of allowing all that beautiful, loving crystal energy to soak into your energy field, before gently returning you to the present moment.
Massaging the face with crystals can brighten the skin, improve any skin conditions, tighten/tone/lift the muscles in the face, release tension, improve fine lines and wrinkles, reduce puffiness and scar tissue, soothe thread veins, detox and purify the skin, improve blemishes, relieve pain, revitalise tired skin, help congestion, improve circulation, lighten the area leaving a refreshed and uplifted feeling and give a natural healthy glow. Placing crystals on the eyes can help with shifting your perceptions as well as with headaches/ migraines and help with eye health such as styes, blocked tear ducts, deteriorating sight and any imbalances in the eyes physically.
An oracle card pull is offered at the end, which is an insightful and reassuring way to summarise the healing journey you have just been on.
* Please note, for the crystal facial, it's important to arrive with a clean and well-moisturised face. This will help ensure that the massage wand glides smoothly over your skin without any tugging.
In person appointments are located in our lower ground floor spiritual and meditation room at 24 The Green, Twickenham, TW2 5AB. This room offers face to face readings in a safe and private environment.
