Rest and Reflect afternoons are devoted to deep rest, renewal and gentle self-inquiry. These nourishing retreats weave together practices such as yin yoga, conscious breathwork, meditation, journalling, yoga nidra and sound, offering space to slow down, soften and reconnect.

Step away from the busyness of everyday life and gift yourself the stillness needed to restore balance. By turning inward, you create a sense of grounding and calm that gently counteracts the external intensity of modern living.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter and deeply rested – more connected to yourself, your breath and what truly matters.

No experience is necessary.

Each Rest and Reflect afternoon is unique and inspired by the rhythms of the seasons, with thoughtfully crafted practices and themes. You’ll be guided with warmth, clarity and plenty of options, so you can practise in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for you and your body.

These afternoons take place at the truly wonderful Hare and the Moon studio on Twickenham Green, a small, intimate studio perfect for this practice.

The actual practice is 2.25 hours long* but there is no need to rush off – you are welcome to stay for complimentary tea and chocolate afterwards, giving yourself time to “come round” slowly and chat with others before heading home.

*with the exception of April’s practice which will be a shorter Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath practice without the Yin Yoga.
