REST & RESET — A Lunar Yin Journey
A 6-week alchemical passage through Chakras, Meridians & the Five Elements
Teacher: Daniela
£20 per class or £108 for whole course
Rest & Reset is a slow alchemical transformation, a Yin Yoga journey where:
• the ancient wisdom of the meridians,
• the cosmic spiral of the chakras,
• the elemental forces of Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal,
• the intuitive somatic body,
• the breath,
• and the healing silence
Intertwine into one sacred thread sealed with Mudras and amplified with Chants.
Each class becomes a ritual, a descent into the subtle realms where energy moves like tides beneath the skin, emotions soften, and the nervous system returns to its natural rhythm.
Each class is a sacred circle, a journey through a chakra, an element, a meridian pair, and an emotional landscape.
