Nervous System Reset & Inner Temple Session

A session that weaves somatic grounding with spiritual depth — for when your body is asking to be held and your soul is asking to be heard.
You begin lying on the massage table. I guide you through a body scan and simple breathwork to track where your nervous system is — activated, shut down, or somewhere between. We call in protective energies and spirits to hold the space.
From there, we drop into a theta brainwave state — that soft, receptive place where the body can open and the mind can listen. While you rest here, I use gentle pressure point work and grounding touch on your head, shoulders, legs, and feet. This isn't deep tissue work. It's titrated contact designed to bring you back into your body, bit by bit, at the pace your system can receive.
During this time, I guide you on an inner journey toward your own inner temple. This is where you meet a part of yourself — the one holding tension, grief, or confusion — and begin to understand it through archetypes, symbolism, and the language of your own psyche.
This session draws on:
  • Somatic awareness and breathwork
  • Gentle pressure point grounding
  • Reiki and energetic holding
  • Guided inner journey and archetypal work
