Midweek Reset with Elizabeth: Yoga, Breathwork & EFT Tapping

Feeling the midweek slump? This 60-minute, all-levels class offers a powerful reset through mindful movement and traditional yogic breathwork combined with energy-based practices. You’ll be guided through a vinyasa yoga flow, supported by pranayama techniques such as Nadi Shodhana (Alternate Nostril), Ujjayi (Victorious Breath), and Dirgha (Three-Part Breath) — alongside EFT Tapping — to help clear stress, shift stagnant energy, and restore balance.

Each week’s practice may emphasize different tools, allowing you to explore movement, breath, and emotional release - there’s something here for everyone.

Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded for the rest of your week.

What Do I Need to Bring?

All equipment is provided, including mats. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat or any personal equipment if you prefer.

What Should I Wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Class Size

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment, our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants per session. This allows for more personalised guidance and attention for each individual.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time to allow time to settle in and prepare for the session.

For safety and to minimise disruption to the group, no one will be permitted to enter once the class has started

Cancellation Policy

Classes £20 or less: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

Classes £21 or more: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required

Treatments: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required

Cancellations made within the required notice period may be charged in full.
