Mondays set the tone for the entire week, and while we all have a love/hate relationship with the first day of the week, if we set the right intentions, we align our energy to move through our days with purpose, ease, and momentum.
Manifestation Monday is a guided yoga flow designed to help you begin your week with a real sense of clarity, purpose, and energy aligned with the time we’re moving through.
Through mindful movement, conscious breath, and reflective pauses, you’ll tune into what you truly need—whether that’s grounding, momentum, release, openness, or clarity.
Each class is inspired by collective energies such as moon phases, astrological shifts, or seasonal rhythms, offering insight into how to navigate the week ahead with ease and empowerment.
The practice concludes with conscious rest in Savasana, where we energetically align with how we want our week to unfold. This may include a short visualization or affirmations, anchoring your intentions and carrying their energy forward.
Open to all levels, this class offers a chance to move, breathe, reflect, and consciously shape the direction of your week. Leave feeling centered, energised and excited for your week ahead.
Offering a judgement free space to explore breath-led sequences that help build strength mobility and heat in the body whilst observing and enjoying the relationship between movement, breath - no matter what experience level you are. Start the morning with yoga and me to feel grounded and refreshed.
What Do I Need to Bring?
All equipment is provided, including mats. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat or any personal equipment if you prefer.
What Should I Wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Class Size
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment, our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants per session. This allows for more personalised guidance and attention for each individual.

Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time to allow time to settle in and prepare for the session.
For safety and to minimise disruption to the group, no one will be permitted to enter once the class has started
Cancellation Policy
Classes £20 or less: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
Classes £21 or more: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
Treatments: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required
Cancellations made within the required notice period may be charged in full.
