Awakening the Dark Feminine Within is a women’s intuitive movement and meditation experience where we’ll explore what happens when we give the Wild Woman within us space to exist.

We’ll use music, movement, journaling and meditation to get out of our heads and tap into our personal power — exploring movements that feel bigger, messier, stronger, wilder and more instinctive.

There’s no choreography and absolutely no need to know how to dance.

This isn’t about learning how a “Dark Feminine woman” should behave.

It’s about discovering what your expression looks and feels like when, for a moment, you stop worrying about being good, likeable or getting it right.
