A Japanese Zen experience of deeply relaxing  into stillness, balance and inner calm.

Combining the gentle, restorative practice of Original Japanese Usui Reiki with the beautiful, elemental sounds of Japanese Koshi chimes, this individual session offers a peaceful space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.

Koshi chimes are handcrafted in the spirit of Japanese tradition, with their pure, delicate tones creating a beautiful soundscape that can help quiet the mind and encourage a sense of deep relaxation. Alongside the chimes, Usui Reiki is offered through gentle, meditative presence, allowing you to simply rest and receive.

Inspired by the simplicity and stillness of Zen, the session is an invitation to step away from the noise and busyness of everyday life and come back to a quieter place within.

There is nothing you need to do or achieve. Simply lie comfortably, close your eyes, breathe naturally and allow the sounds and Reiki to accompany you.

 

In person appointments are located in our lower ground floor spiritual and meditation room at 24 The Green, Twickenham, TW2 5AB. This room offers face to face readings in a safe and private environment.
