Journey into the Liminal

As we move towards Halloween on the 31st, join us and dip a toe into the liminal spaces in between.

Consciously led by the breath, often called the bridge between the mind and body, we'll move through a slow and deep yoga asana flow with some challenging spooky postures, conscious transitions and a playlist with both eerie and ethereal sounds.Tapping into the reserves of power and strength within with a closing meditation, we then drift into relaxation.
