You may know where your struggles come from intellectually, but still find yourself feeling tense, overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained. This session is designed to help you move beyond simply understanding your emotions and begin working with them to give you the release you’ve been looking for. 

In this healing experience, we'll focus on one trigger, one recurring pattern, or one emotion that continues to impact your daily life such as fear of rejection, the need to please, being afraid of saying no etc.   

Together, we'll explore why it feels so difficult to move forward, uncover what your emotions really mean, and create space for them to be felt, understood, and processed through somatic healing, energy work, and inner child healing so that you can finally release the pattern that feels so intense in your body and holds you back or keeps you stuck in self doubt.
