Kelly is a wonderful teacher. She is happy to adapt the positions and stretches to suit the needs of all in her class. A very welcoming and calm environment. Haven't exercised in a long while but I love this class and can definitely feel the benefits.

An uplifting and energetic flow moving into more restorative poses, designed to carry you into the end of the week feeling fully revitalised and grounded.
