Sound bath journey, let go completely as you're carried away by the vibrations of crystal singing bowls and chimes - designed to soothe your nervous system and deepen integration.

Stillness & integration, time to rest in silence, this is where the magic settles in - where your system begins to recalibrate on a deep, cellular level.
