Crystal Facial and Reiki Healing Treatment with Milli

 

This nurturing treatment beautifully blends the revitalising benefits of a Crystal Facial with the deep energetic healing of Reiki, creating a holistic experience that soothes all aspects of your being.

The session begins with a calming Crystal Facial using crystal wands, selected based on your individual needs. Gentle massage techniques are applied, helping to release muscle tension, improve circulation and bring a natural glow to your skin. Massaging the face with crystals can brighten the skin, improve any skin conditions, tighten/tone/lift the muscles in the face, release tension, improve fine lines and wrinkles, reduce puffiness and scar tissue, soothe thread veins, detox and purify the skin, improve blemishes, relieve pain, revitalise tired skin, help congestion, improve circulation, lighten the area leaving a refreshed and uplifted feeling and give a natural healthy glow.

Crystal Eye Soothers may also be placed over your eyes to promote inner clarity, ease headaches or eye strain and help shift emotional perceptions. After the facial, I will gently massage your scalp using a crystal to help relax the mind, soothe the nervous system and open your energetic field to receive deeper healing.

From there, we flow into the Reiki portion of the session. I channel and transfer this healing energy to the recipient to help balance your energy, promote emotional release and support your physical and spiritual well-being. 

Reiki can help to balance the Chakras as well as the mind and emotions, boosts energy, creativity, vitality and the immune system, aids in sleep and detoxification, reduces fatigue or burnout, promotes inner peace and harmony, supports personal growth, improves depression and anxiety, supports grief or loss, helps with digestive issues, increases feelings of joy, happiness and gratitude, relieves pain, discomfort, soreness and muscle tension as well as speeds up recovery from a long-term illness or surgery.

The session concludes with a moment of stillness to allow the energy to fully integrate. You’ll be gently brought back to the present feeling clear, centred and deeply refreshed - your skin glowing, your energy balanced and your spirit renewed. We can then talk about any experiences or findings from your session - if you feel called to.

An oracle card pull is offered which is an insightful and reassuring way to summarise the healing journey that you have just been on.

* Please note, for the crystal facial, it's important to arrive with a clean and well-moisturised face. This will help ensure that the massage wand glides smoothly over your skin without any tugging.

In person appointments are located in our lower ground floor spiritual and meditation room at 24 The Green, Twickenham, TW2 5AB. This room offers face to face readings in a safe and private environment.
