Chakra Essences

Chakra Essences are deeply transformative blends of flower, gem, and crystal essences created to open, clear, and re-balance the chakra system. Each essence works gently yet powerfully with the emotions, patterns, and subtle energies associated with its chakra, supporting mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

The collection includes a choice of ten carefully crafted essences—one for each of the seven main chakras, plus three key minor energy points. Chakras are subtle energy centres, often described as spinning wheels or vortexes, that act as exchange points for energy within the body. The chakra system originates from ancient wisdom traditions and has been shaped over time by Hindu, Buddhist, and Western esoteric teachings, offering a profound map of our inner energetic landscape.

Each Chakra Essence is a thoughtfully selected combination of individual flower, gem, and crystal essences, designed to help release blockages, restore balance, and bring harmony to the chakra it supports. Working at a deep energetic level, these essences help address emotional patterns and inner imbalances that can affect wellbeing and spiritual connection.

A normal adult dosage would be 4 drops on the tongue directly from the bottle between two and four times a day. We'd usually suggest that to gain maximum benefit from your combination you take it directly from stock without further dilution - this gives you the deepest acting effect from the essence. We'd normally recommend that you finish the whole bottle before seeing whether more of that particular essence or another is needed. Preferably take at least 10 minutes away from food and drink. We wouldn't usually recommend giving the Chakra Essences to children under 12.
