A body-first ceremony for deep energetic work
This is a 2-hour in-person Kundalini Activation Ceremony with Somatic Embodiment. A space to soften, surrender, and be held in safety while the nervous system is opened gradually through somic grounding and regulation. You’ll be guided through:
- Somatic practices to soften the body and quiet the mind
- Grounding meditation and intention setting
- Gentle movement, breath and body awareness
- A clear teaching on Kundalini energy and nervous system safety
- A deep Kundalini activation and energy transmission
- Grounding and integration afterwards
Experiences may vary—some people will have subtle shifts while others may feel intense sensations. The intent is never to force intensity; in this ceremony everything is paced with safety, consent, and integration in mind.
Last meal maximum 2-3 hours before to ensure movement and no distraction from energy activation. Avoid substances and alcohol at least 24 hours before and after. Bring layers as temperature shifts with energy. Water bottle and comfortable clothing to move in.
