Gong & Sound Healing: Rest, Release, Realign
Join us for an immersive sound bath designed to support deep rest, reset your nervous system, and bring you back to centre.
You’ll be bathed in the resonant tones of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and more — instruments that work not just through what you hear, but what you feel.
The vibrations travel through the body’s tissues and cells, gently supporting physical, emotional, and energetic release. Sound has been shown to calm the mind, relax the body, and bring the nervous system into a state of balance.
Some of the benefits of sound healing may include:
✨ Easing muscle tension and physical tightness
✨ Lowering heart rate and blood pressure
✨ Supporting deep rest, digestion, and sleep
✨ Clearing stagnant energy and emotional blockages
✨ Promoting clarity, grounding, and emotional balance
Alicia, who usually teaches restorative yoga with us, brings the same calming presence and care to her sound healing sessions, helping you soften, restore, and reconnect.
This session is open to all — no previous experience with sound healing needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to soften and enter deep relaxation.
✨ Herbal tea served before the session
✨ Mats, bolsters, and blankets provided
✨ Optional: bring an eye mask, eye pillow, or scarf to deepen your relaxation
✨ You’re welcome to bring a journal if you wish to reflect after the session
Come rest, release, and reconnect with yourself.
