Pause, breathe and reset with our Midweek Balance Yogalates class – a gentle, mindful blend of yoga and Pilates designed to restore balance in both body and mind.

This 60-minute session combines slow, intentional movement with core strengthening, mobility work and breath awareness to help you reconnect with yourself during the middle of the week. Rather than an intense workout, this class offers a grounding and accessible practice that supports nervous system regulation, postural alignment and overall wellbeing.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those returning to movement, each class includes a nourishing mix of gentle mobility, mindful flow, core stability, stretching and deep relaxation.

Expect to leave feeling:

• Stronger and more balanced
• More aligned and connected to your body
• Mentally clearer and refreshed
• Relaxed, calm and gently uplifted

Set within the nurturing energy of Wednesdays at Hare and Moon, this class is an invitation to slow down, release tension and create space for yourself – a beautiful midweek reset for body, mind and soul.

Instructor Profile
With over 20 years of experience teaching a variety of yoga styles, Hazel is passionate about sharing yoga as a holistic practice that extends far beyond the physical postures. While movement and mobility are important, her teaching places equal emphasis on mindfulness, breath awareness, self-inquiry and the deeper principles of yoga that support balance both on and off the mat.

She strives to create a welcoming, safe and non-judgemental space where everyone feels comfortable exploring their own practice, regardless of age, experience or ability. Her classes offer options and variations to suit all levels, encouraging students to listen to their bodies and move in a way that feels right for them.

Whether you are seeking strength, flexibility, relaxation or a deeper connection with yourself, her intention is to help you build confidence, cultivate awareness and discover the many benefits that a consistent yoga practice can bring to everyday life.
