Shamanic Drum Journeying is an ancient practice performed all over the world using the rhythmic beat of the drum to help you shift into an altered state of consciousness, aiding in the exploration of your inner world, connect with spirit guides, unearthing hidden wisdom, or simply assisting on the release of what no longer serves.
Yoga mats, blankets, and bolsters will be provided, but feel free to bring a totem, crystal, or any other object that is comfortable, symbolic, or meaningful to you and might support you on your journey.
Please note this is not suitable during pregnancy.
