Friday Slow Flow with Elizabeth: Unwind & Ground


Friday Slow Flow is a 60-minute, all-levels class led by Elizabeth, designed to help you unwind from the demands of the week and shift into a more spacious, grounded state.

Through a slow, intentional vinyasa sequence, you’ll move gently with your breath, release accumulated tension, and create space to reconnect with your body and inner calm. 

Each class includes mindful pacing, longer holds, and grounding transitions that support your nervous system and invite deep rest.

This practice is perfect for anyone needing a pause — a moment to soften, reflect, and reset before heading into the weekend. Come as you are. Leave feeling open, grounded, and more at ease.

What Do I Need to Bring?

All equipment is provided, including mats. However, you are welcome to bring your own mat or any personal equipment if you prefer.

What Should I Wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

Class Size

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment, our classes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants per session. This allows for more personalised guidance and attention for each individual.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time to allow time to settle in and prepare for the session.

For safety and to minimise disruption to the group, no one will be permitted to enter once the class has started

Cancellation Policy

Classes £20 or less: Minimum 24 hours’ notice required

Classes £21 or more: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required

Treatments: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required

Cancellations made within the required notice period may be charged in full.
