You can choose to start with any of the twelve Essences as there is no right or wrong order to use these in – allow your intuition to guide you to the Essence that you need to start with. Take 4 drops on your tongue once per day of one essence only, or if guided use twice per day. It is advised not to use more than 2 doses per day unless specifically guided. Finish the whole bottle or use until you feel a shift in conscious awareness. For best results take straight from the stock bottle sent, do not dilute. It is better to take essences at least ten minutes away from food. Not suitable for children under 16.
