I’ve been attending Milly’s classes regularly since joining the Hare and the Moon a few months ago, and they’ve become a highlight of my week. I take both the Monday early morning class and the Wednesday session, and I genuinely enjoy her flow every time. Milly brings a unique blend of kindness, honesty, and warmth to her teaching. Her classes are beautifully balanced, dynamic yet calming and her passion for yoga really shines through in every session. If you haven’t tried one of Milly’s classes yet, I can’t recommend them enough. They’re truly wonderful.
