Join us in this introductory level workshop which will cover the basics of the chakra system including their origins, location, functions and characteristics. We will explore their role within our subtle energy system and understand their relevance in the field of modern holistic healing.

You will understand how they function as powerful energy canters and hold the key to physical and emotional well-being and spiritual growth. We will discuss them in the context of the four elements, our higher self and their impact on our daily lives. 

We will touch upon some of the methods used to detect imbalances in the chakra system and the tools that bring balance and healing such as the use of crystals, colour and affirmations.
