Life can feel heavy sometimes.The constant doing, overthinking, caring for others, and carrying the weight of everyday life can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and stuck in our heads. InBody Movement is a gentle space to pause, breathe, and release what you've been holding onto. Through reflection, movement, free-flow dance, and a heart-opening guided meditation, you'll be invited to reconnect with your body, move stagnant energy, and create space for more calm, clarity, and ease. Dance has been used as an ancient medicine for thousands of years, it is a beautiful way to transmute energy and let go of what no longer serves you. This is a space for you to really let go of the weight that you have been carrying through the week, let go of anything that is holding you back and reconnect with yourself. No dance experience is needed. There are no steps to follow and nothing to get right. This is simply an opportunity to listen to your body, move in a way that feels natural to you, and let go of whatever no longer needs to be carried. You will leave feeling lighter, more grounded, more connected to yourself, and with a greater sense of inner peace. Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.
