Slow, strong and steady. A vinyasa flow based class, with an emphasis on the breath and body awareness.

The class will change monthly, which gives students time to learn, reflect and build strength. 

Rosie's classes nurture both movement and introspection, teaching yoga as a complete system far beyond just the physical postures. At the heart of the class lies a deep respect for the philosophical principles that underpin the practice. You can expect movement, pranayama and contemplation.
