What to expect: Sound bath immersion (approx 50 mins) Let go. Sink in. Be held. We begin with a deeply restorative sound journey guided by crystal bowls, chimes, a gong and other sacred instruments. This vibrational medicine gently moves through your body, releasing tension, clearing emotional blockages, and harmonising your energy field. Kundalini Activation (approx 60 mins) Once softened and open, we will guide you into a powerful state of surrender where the natural, intelligent energy of kundalini begins to awaken and move through you. This experience can be subtle or very profound - tingling, movements, emotional release, deep bliss, or states of expanded awareness.
