In this lesson, we explore the energetic layers that surround and sustain the physical body — known as the aura and the subtle bodies. You’ll learn how to sense, interpret, and understand the colors, shapes, and vibrations of the aura, and how these reflect emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Through guided practices and intuitive exercises, you’ll begin to perceive your own energy field and recognize imbalances within yourself and others. This foundational understanding of the subtle bodies creates the perfect starting point for deeper crystal healing work, as it reveals how energy flows, shifts, and transforms through our multidimensional selves.

By the end of the course you will of worked with 7 different crystals, leaving with a deeper connection to the power of crystals and the confidence to begin your healing journey. Perfect for those curious about energy work or looking to expand their wellness practices!
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst course materials will be provided but you will be required to bring the following crystals to your class (in any shape or size):
