Full Moon Sound Healing - COMING SOON

Sound baths have been used for centuries to relax to the sounds and re-align vibrations. The rhythm and frequency of gongs and metal and crystal singing bowls are used to move us from a place of imbalance to a place of balance. We will be hosting accredited British Academy of Sound Therapist Marco Florio, who will use Himalayan bowls, his own voice, crystal bowls, gongs and a range of percussive tools to help you enter a meditative state. Come join us to clear your energetic blockages and boost your spiritual well-being.

It is time to unburden yourself, revisit the intentions you set at the New Moon, and decide what to bring forward with you, and what to let go if it is no longer serving you. 

Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own, if you prefer. Please bring any blankets, yoga blocks, eye pillows or drinks that you would like. Please also bring whatever notebook, paper or device you like to use for journaling.

Please note this is not suitable during pregnancy.

NOTE: THIS MEDITATION IS IN THE TURNER ROOM AT THE ETNA COMMUNITY CENTRE.

The ETNA Community Centre is within walking distance of St Margaret’s Station. Close to bus routes H22, H37, R33, R68, R70, 110 and 490. Car parking is available for all centre users accessible from Riverdale Road. There is free parking in the neighbouring streets at evenings and weekends. Disabled access available on the ground floor.

Events are for 18 years and over, and 16 years and over with an adult guardian.
