Manisha Young is an experiencing healer with over 15 years experience. She offers a variety of services to help us understand and support our Chakra energy systems. She has studied the Tarot and Chakras in depth and combines the knowledge with her natural gift of intuition to bring understanding, healing and spiritual growth. Having followed a spiritual path for many years, her sessions are based in a meditative awareness and firmly rooted in the present. She brings compassion, empathy and a non- judgemental approach which helps her clients to feel at ease. The focus is always on the light and positive and the aim is to provide support with whatever challenges one is going through.

The Chakra Balancing sessions focus on bringing awareness to our chakra system and balancing the energies so they can flow without the blocks that inhibit their natural functioning. When the chakras are out of tune, we can experience feelings of anxiety, lethargy, lack of motivation, confusion or simply feel out of touch with our bodies and the world around us. Depending on where the imbalances are these can manifest as recurring patterns that seem stuck and prevent us from living our full potential. I use a combination of Reiki, crystals, guided meditations and affirmations to help clear energetic blocks and bring light to the chakras. An individual session begins with a short analysis/energy reading which will highlight the areas that require attention.
The benefits can be felt in a single session however booking a series of sessions can help to clear deep rooted energetic blocks and bring harmony, light and healing to the entire chakra system. I will share techniques and tools which can be used to maintain an energetic flow.
