The first in a series of courses to introduce those who would like to bring the magical healing world of crystals into their life.

This 6 week course will cover:
WEEK 1: Crystals Origins:
In this lesson, we trace crystals back to their roots in ancient human history. Early civilizations like the Sumerians and Egyptians saw crystals as sacred tools for healing, protection, and spiritual connection.
WEEK 2: How Crystals Work: Gain insights into the science and energy principles behind crystal vibrations and how they interact with the human body.
WEEK 3: Choosing Crystals: Understand how to select the right crystals for your intentions and needs, whether for healing, protection, or manifestation.
WEEK 4: Crystals and the Chakras: Delve into the relationship between crystals and the body’s energy centers. Understand which crystals resonate with each chakra and how to use them to restore harmony and balance.
WEEK 5: Using Crystals: Learn practical techniques for incorporating crystals into your daily life, including meditation and energy cleansing.
WEEK 6: Caring for Your Crystals: Discover simple yet effective methods to cleanse, recharge, and maintain your crystals to keep their energy vibrant.
Each week we will also discover and connect to a crystal, learning its healing properties, attuning to its knowledge and sharing our discoveries. By the end of the course you will of worked with 7 different crystals, leaving with a deeper connection to the power of crystals and the confidence to begin your healing journey. Perfect for those curious about energy work or looking to expand their wellness practices!
PLEASE NOTE: Whilst course materials will be provided but you will be required to bring the following crystals to your class (in any shape or size):
CITRINE, CARNELIAN, HEMATITE, GREEN AVENTURINE, LEPIDOLITE, BLUE LACE AGATE & CLEAR QUARTZ (available to purchase at a discounted price as tumble stones for those who purchase the course)
