Throughout this yoga flow you will be guided through deep releasing and connective yoga asanas to bring you into a place of equilibrium and peace. Releasing stress and tension in the body this practice will elevate your vibrational energy. Ending with a 12 minute SOMA breathwork session, incorporating two rounds of rhythmical breathing and breath holds on the out breath, helping to harmonise and synchronise the rhythms inside of our own physiology, produce energy more efficiently and balance our mood and emotional state.

Join us on Sunday 16th November for our "Restore and Recharge" Yin Yoga and Sound Bath afternoon at the Hare and the Moon studio in Twickenham, just off the Green. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, meditation and bathing in the sound of soothing instruments we will explore our seasonal theme of Gratitude. You are sure to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. We will be serving complimentary tea and chocolate at the end of the 2 hour practice and there will be time to chat, so no need to rush off. This event is suitable for anyone who is happy to be lying down on a yoga mat - no previous experience necessary - please note, however, sound baths are not suitable if you are in your first three months of pregnancy. Please let us know if you have a pacemaker or wear a hearing aid. Tickets are £34.99 each (including fees) and places are limited. Previous events have sold out quickly, it is however worth joining the waitlist in case a place becomes available. Terms and Conditions: tickets are non refundable but may be transferable (to another person or future event) if more than 48 hours' notice is provided, on a discretionary basis.

Pregnancy yoga classes offer gentle modifications to classical poses, accommodating the physical and psychological changes that come with pregnancy. At a time which can feel challenging as the body starts to change shape and adjust to new demands, pregnancy yoga is a calming practice that can help with some of these changes and allow the mother to be present in her body, helping her to prepare for and bond with her unborn baby. There are four key elements to a pregnancy yoga class:
Breathwork: variations on yogic breathwork (pranayama) allow mothers to find calmness, manage anxiety, and feel empowered and more in control of their thoughts and body. Breathing techniques learned during the class can be used throughout pregnancy and during the birthing process, and after the births of their babies.
- Postures: gentle postures are open, fluid and nurturing, creating space in your body and helping to alleviate some common ailments, such as backache, heartburn and fluid retention. These postures can have an easing and calming effect on the body and mind which is transmitted to the baby. - Relaxation techniques: learning to relax is a skill. Relaxation is an essential part of pregnancy yoga, and through yoga nidra and meditation techniques, mothers learn to relax more quickly and easily, transmitting the calming benefits to their baby.
- Community: meet and practice with other mums-to-be. The class includes a few minutes at the beginning to get to know each other and discuss experiences. Of course, there will be time to chat after the class as well! This is a great place to form bonds with other local mothers.

What if I'm running late?
Please call us to let us know. We will always try our best to accomodate your class within a reasonable time period.
Do you provide equipment?
Yes we do, for FREE. You can borrow our blocks, matts and other equipment available. Please make sure you clean it and return it at the end of your class.
Is everyone welcome?
We welcome everyone over the age of 18 to our yoga classes (16 is accomplied by an adult). Unless specified in the class description, all classes are non-gender specific.
What levels are your classes
Unless detailed on the class description, all levels are welcome and our teachers accomodate this.
I have medical issues do you need to know?
Yes we do. As part of your class booking you accept our terms and conditions regarding health and safety. If you have specific health and medical issues please let your teacher know at the start of the class.
What are your opening hours?

We operate extended hours from above for our studio space.
Do I have to book?
Unless spedified in the class description because a detailed consultation is required ie pregancy yoga, all walk-ins welcome. If you havent booked please arrive 15 mins prior to the start of the class so we can book you in.
