Join Tracey, as we journey through the world of Angels and begin to understand our own truths as to how we can work with them in our spiritual practices today. This non-religious workshop will guide you through the many ways you can work with Angel healing from a New Age perspective.
Be guided through the different tiers of Angels and learn about the 7 Principle Archangels,with their representations and meanings. Understand the signs of Angels, how you can connect with them and ways to work with them to feel protected and supported in your daily life.
Is it possible to see an Angel? What do they look like? Do they all have wings? We will discuss the many different visible representations of the Angels, their symbology and how they differ (if at all) from western religions to new age practices.
In this workshop we will guide you through some lovely meditation techniques and suggest some ways you can connect with your guardian angel. With support tools such as crystals and angel cards, our gentle healing workshop will have interactive exercises to help facilitate your spiritual growth and help your gain more awareness in your life.
Learn the differences between Earth Angels, Lightworkers and Starseeds? What are they and could you be one? Learn about the different dimensions and how there could be more to the universe than initially understood.
We will discuss and journal our own experiences as we begin to understand our sensitivities, energies, how to ground and protect ourselves as well as importantly how to open up, grow and strengthen our own special spiritual gifts.
Our workshops are fun and informal, just bring yourself and all other tools will be provided.

This nurturing Hatha Yoga class blends breathwork, mindful movement, and mantra to restore balance and vitality. You’ll begin with Pranayama to awaken energy, move through grounding postures with breath awareness, and close with meditation or Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation. Suitable for all levels, this practice cultivates clarity, renewal, and inner harmony.
We have a 48 hour cancelation policy to with completely cancel your space or move to another class or workshop. Please call or email us if you need to move your appointment outside of the 48 hour period.
What if I'm running late?
Please call us to let us know. We will always try our best to accomodate your appointment within a reasonable time period. Please note that due to the nature of some classes and workshops late entry will not be allowed.

Located in our studio space at the back of our shop located at 24 The Green, Twickenham, TW2 5AB. Our studio has a seperate entrance with directions emailed to you upon booking.
