A day to connect with your Mind, Body and Spirit
In the modern world, our minds are "switched on" almost 24/7, with constant bombardment from stimuli and information all around us, leading to deregulation in our inner ecosystem. India's ancient civilisation has gifted the world with Yoga and Ayurveda, a 5000-year-old natural and holistic approach to well-being on a physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual level - a 4D approach to living a fulfilling, balanced and joyous life on this Earth. We have mindfully curated the day so you can not only switch off from the daily grind and get back to a more balanced version of yourself but also be equipped with the priceless knowledge to maintain an equilibrium state within your inner and outer world alongside practical tools/skills to dip into when life happens! No prior knowledge or experience is needed.
What to expect:
🌿 The day will begin with a 1.5-hour session of Beginner-friendly Yoga, including Mantra (sound vibrations), Asanas (Postures), and Pranayama (Yogic Breathwork).
🌿 After a short break, we delve into the Science of Ayurveda and Doshas, which will equip you with the foundational knowledge of understanding your body constitution (your unique inner ecosystem) and how to maintain an equilibrium state through your everyday lifestyle choices.
🌿The Ayurveda and Nutrition workshop following this will help you marry the information with the previous session to understand the most nourishing healthy nutritional choices for your unique body type and what options can lead to imbalances in your body causing dis-ease.
🌿 After all the food talk, we will be ready to dig into a deliciously nutritious Indian lunch, during which you can practically eat up the principles discussed earlier!
🌿 With our bellies full, we will hit the Yoga mat again with a workshop on Mudras (hand postures) to support digestion, balance the elements, and stimulate energies in our body, followed by Yog Nidra (Deep Relaxation).
🌿 The day will slowly come to a close with the discussion of one of the foundational pillars of Ashtanga Yog—Svadhyaya (Self-reflection), which complements the modern practice of journaling. You will be guided on how to use this tool to support life's inevitable challenges.
🌿 During lunch and at the end of the day, slots will be available for a one-on-one Ayurvedic consultation with Prijith (an Ayurvedic Practitioner). During this consultation, you can discover your Dosha (Body constitution/type) in accordance with Ayurvedic philosophy. Your Dosha is the key to understanding yourself on the 4D level and making informed nutrition and lifestyle choices to thrive!

Tajbir (Yoga Practitioner and holistic Healer) and Prijith (ayurvedic practitioner) will lead the day. Between them they have nearly two decades of experience in these fields.
All Equipment and materials will be provided on the day, so come as you are in comfortable clothing.
