Set to a carefully curated playlist with different themes explored each week, this class is designed for any and everybody

 

You can expect a journey through movement, rest and release with shaking, jumping, asana, body weight training and free movement

 

This is not just a movement class, it’s a transformative and liberating practice for both the self AND the collective.
